Do you charge extra for hosting and data storage?

Our pricing includes hosting and a generous amount of data storage per user. It would only be in extreme cases that there would be additional charges for data storage.

What support services do you offer?

We offer an unlimited support service included in our pricing. If you have a question in regards to using our systems, our Adelaide based offices are open 8 am to 5 pm ACST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For emergency issues outside of these hours, our phone diverts to a mobile number to ensure that you are covered. We encourage our clients to call or email if they have any questions in relation to our software systems.

How is my data kept safe in Workforce One?

We are ISO 27001 certified for Information Security Management. We’ve invested in the people, processes, and technologies to protect our client’s data. As we are offering a payroll solution and reporting through Single Touch Payroll, we fall under the ATO Operational Framework. Under this, we are reviewed every 12 months by the ATO to ensure that we are implementing best practice cyber security systems and procedures.

Do you have an API?

Yes, we have an API available and can assist in integrating your systems with Workforce One.

Are you STP Compliant?

Yes, we are STP compliant, in fact we were one of the first companies in Australia to be fully STP compliant back in early 2018.

Do you have an Award Interpreter?

Our Award Interpreter has been designed to be simple and easy to set up and configure. Unlike other systems, where you need a degree to be able to use their award interpreter, or pay the provider to set them up for you, our system is easy to configure and manage. If you need assistance however, we are available to assist where needed.

Do you have an App that we can download?

All of our systems are browser based and do not require an app to be downloaded. Our main application is designed to be run on a workstation or tablet device. It will run on a mobile phone browser, but given the amount of data that it displays, would require a lot of scrolling in this type of device.

Our online timesheet system has been designed specifically for mobile devices and hence when entering timesheets online, it is simple to do on a mobile device.

What browser do I need to use?

Our systems will run on any compliant web browser that meets current industry standards. This includes Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, but does not include Internet Explorer.

Where will my data be stored?

All of our systems are housed in Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Sydney, Australia. We do not store any data outside of Australia.

How long does it take to implement Workforce One?

This can be quite different for different companies and is based around the number of employees that are being paid, the number of awards or rates that need to be configured and so on. Typically, for a small start up business, this can be set up in a few hours. For a larger company converting across from a current payroll system, this would take 3 – 4 months including setup, configuration and testing. In all cases, we assist along the way to ensure that the setup and transition is as smooth as possible.

Yes, we offer training packages and can tailor to suit any company’s requirements, be it a short online session, or in depth training at your site for several days.
